Sailors plucked from listing ship

BAY OF BISCAY, Spain (WTVD) -- Video from Spanish helicopters shows the dramatic rescue of 22 sailors from a ship in the Bay of Biscay.

The Panamanian cargo ship was headed to France when it ran into trouble.

By the time help arrived, it was listing at 40 degrees in strong wind and high waves.

But one by one, the crew was lifted to safety.
