Saks Fifth Avenue in Raleigh to close for good

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A major retail change is coming to the Triangle.

Saks Fifth Avenue at Triangle Town Center will soon close for good.

Saks Global confirmed that it is closing select Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus stores.

In a statement, the company said the decision was based on several factors, including store performance and customer preferences.

Saks Global said it will focus on its core strengths - investing in full-price luxury retail and enhancing brand equity for its partners.
