Was Donna Kelce scoping out a wedding venue for son Travis during her Biltmore visit in NC?

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A famous NFL mom recently visited the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina, and social media is buzzing.

Donna Kelce, mother of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, posted about her weekend visit to the Biltmore in Asheville, and her Facebook post has sent Swifties, North Carolinians, and other fans into a frenzy.

Many speculate she was scouting a potential wedding venue for her son.

The visit came just days before Taylor Swift announced her engagement to Travis on Instagram, with the caption, "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married."

North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein joined the excitement, sharing Donna's post with the caption, "Western NC is open for business (and a wonderful place for a wedding)!"

The biggest question remains: Where will the couple tie the knot?

Swift and Travis have been dating since 2023.

The first public confirmation of their relationship came in September 2023, when Swift attended a Kansas City Chiefs game in Arrowhead Stadium alongside Donna.

The couple also recently opened up about their relationship on an episode of Travis's "New Heights" podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce.

"He's just a vibe booster in everyone's life that he's in. He's like a human exclamation point," Swift said in the Aug. 13 episode, during which she also unveiled the release date and cover art for her 12th studio album, "The Life of a Showgirl."
