Kim Heizer, LCSW, SAP

Kim has worked in the behavioral health, psychiatric, and addiction field for 30 years. I have held multiple roles within Optum Health and had a private practice in Behavioral health for 8 years. Past work experience includes EAP, Inpatient and Outpatient Clinical/Operational positions in Mental health, Addictions, ICU, Med/Surg, ER, business development, sales & marketing, H.R. & IT as well as the operational side of 5 startup programs, aviation, and new product pharmaceutical launch.

Education: BSW at Ball State University, MSW at Indiana University, and LCSW License States of North Carolina & Indiana
