ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WTVD) -- Authorities say a man in an ongoing argument over a woman was shot to death by a convicted felon in a Rocky Mount park.

Police told the Rocky Mount Telegram that Anthony Walker died shortly after the Friday morning shooting at Martin Luther King Jr. Park.

Investigators say they obtained a first-degree murder warrant against 25-year-old Jeffrey Bullock. He has not been taken into custody.

No one else was hurt in the shooting.

State records show Bullock has been convicted of conspiracy to shoot into an occupied property, second-degree kidnapping, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
