RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Two young Raleigh women are ready to pitch their product on 'Shark Tank' on Friday night.

Sharon Bui and Kate Steadmen are both 23-year-old entrepreneurs. They posted a picture on Pinterest two years ago, and it went viral. That's when they launched their new business into a worldwide sensation for brides and sorority girls.

"I just thought it was so crazy that Sharon Bui from Raleigh, North Cakalaki, they want my stuff, they want something that Kate and I designed," Bui said.

They started their company "Frill" because of a problem Bui had as a sorority sister.

"It was like $500 for the whole week of recruitment outfits," Bui explained, "and then it's like $50 or $100 more to get this dress that you don't even like tailored."

Bui said she came to N.C. State University to become a buyer for Chanel. Instead, they created a made-to-order dress and skirt company, and groups can buy in bulk.

Their first year in business, they outfitted five sororities. The next year, they dressed 18 sororities, plus bridal parties all over the globe. Last year, 42 sororities signed on.

"The more sororities wear our stuff at their school, other sororities see us and they want it," Bui said.

And Friday, the women hope the Sharks on 'Shark Tank' are hungry for their style, too.

"It was the experience of a lifetime and we were just ready to show off everything we worked so hard for for years." Steadmen said.

Tune in Friday at 8 p.m. or on the Watch ABC app to see if the sharks bite.
