Durham police say two people were injured after a shooting early this morning.

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Durham police are investigating an early‑morning shooting that left a man and a woman injured Saturday.
Officers were called about 4:27 a.m. to Ellis Road for a report of a gunshot wound. When they arrived, they found a woman suffering from a gunshot injury.
She was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are not considered life‑threatening.
A short time later, police learned a second gunshot victim — a man — had arrived at a local hospital. He was also treated for a non‑life‑threatening wound.
The identities of the two victims have not been released. Police have also not released information about a possible suspect.
