Mark Cuban takes apparent jab at Donald Trump with No. 46 jersey

Mavs owner Mark Cuban said the No. 46 jersey he wore in Friday's All-Star Celebrity Game -- an apparent jab at Donald Trump -- was meant "to tweak" everybody, "because that is what I do."
