Charlotte, N.C., City Council, mayor 'very motivated' to keep Panthers franchise local

The city of Charlotte says it will focus on keeping the Carolina Panthers within the city. City officials say the loss of the Panthers would be just as devastating as the Hornets' 2002 move to New Orleans.
