The Chapel Hill Police Department has charged 49-year-old Randy Sam Bradford of Chapel Hill with one felony count of a sex act with a student at East Chapel Hill High School.
It was a startling confession from the administrators at a Canoga Park elementary school on Tuesday, as one of their teachers has been arrested for sexual misconduct.
A couple, who work as teachers at the same school, are accused of doing the unthinkable.
