Funeral held for fallen North Carolina trooper

LUMBERTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A funeral service was held Wednesday in Robeson County to honor Master Trooper Stein Davis Jr.

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol trooper died in the line of duty last month.

Davis lost his life in a single-car crash on Highway 130 on February 22.

Friends and family gathered in Lumberton to pay their respects.
