Cary man arrested yet again on exposure charges

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- New charges have been brought against a Cary man arrested just a couple days ago, this time by Raleigh Police.

Christopher Vincent Sumrell, 25, of Ribbon Lane, Cary, was arrested Wednesday evening and charged with six counts of indecent exposure for an incident on Monday at Lynn's Party Plus on Kildare Farm Road.

Now, Sumrell has been charged by Raleigh Police in another incident Tuesday in the 5600 block of Western Boulevard.

A store clerk told police that Sumrell exposed himself to her around 5:30 p.m.

Sumrell was charged with sexual battery and indecent exposure in the Raleigh incident.

In 2013, ABC11 reported he was accused of exposing himself to two fellow students at Peace University.
