AMBER Alert canceled after abducted North Carolina teen was found

A missing 15-year-old out of the North Carolina mountains has been found safe.

An AMBER Alert was issued late Monday evening for Carlos Manuel-Chinchilla Vanquez of Transylvania County.

North Carolina officials said that Vanquez was abducted in Roseman on Monday. He was located late Monday night.

Officials did not release any details about how Vanquez was found, or anything about who abducted him.
