Eyewitness News confirmed Tuesday Yancy's on Fayetteville St. is closed. Employees are expected to pick up their final paychecks Tuesday afternoon.
A couple of weeks ago Eyewitness News reported the restaurants was having trouble paying employees on time and employees reported their paychecks bounced.
Yancy's filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in February.
