There is already a buyer for the home. The house is where Brad was arrested last year after being indicted for the murder of his wife, Nancy.
According to court documents, the buyer has agreed to $312,000. That's $20,000 below the tax value for the home, which is located in the Lochmere subdivision.
If the house does not sell soon, the bank will foreclose on the property.
