Authorities tell ABC11 Eyewitness News that the tractor trailer ran into the awning in front of the building.
There were no injuries and the only damage was to the outside awning. No one was in that part of the building, because it was being renovated.
Officials also say some water lines in the building were ruptured in the crash.
There's no word yet on if the accident is weather-related, but there was heavy rain in the area when it happened.
