Police: Man used murder victim's credit card

DURHAM

The unidentified male used the stolen credit card at 3:39 a.m. on June 11 at the State Employees Credit Union at 504 South Duke Street in Durham.

The card belonged to 21-year-old Luciano Cabrera who was last seen June 11 at the former Club Steel Blue at 711 Rigsbee Avenue.

His body was found in a vehicle parked the 2400 block of South Roxboro St. August 19. Police have not said how he died, only that the case is being treated as a homicide.

Police also didn't identify the car Cabrera was found in, but his silver 2000 Chrysler Sebring was also reported missing when he first disapeared.
