Police make arrest in double homicide

Authorities in Durham have made an arrest in a Monday night double homicide.

Police said they were responding to a reported fight just after 11 p.m. on Sima Avenue, when they found the bodies of a man and woman.

They said Farrahquan Idre Glenn, 27, and Faraah Christine Anderson, 29, had been shot to death inside their apartment at McDougald Terrace.

Authorities arrested Timothy Lonell Bell, 25, Tuesday morning after questioning him in connection with the deaths. He has been charged with two counts of first degree murder.

Further details about the incident have not been released.

An investigation is ongoing at this time.
