Susan Graham, 56, of Jefferson Township, died after the crash in the eastbound lanes near the Lancaster Avenue interchange around 5:30 a.m.
Police say Graham's SUV drove over a spare tire that came loose from another vehicle, causing the accident. Police add she was not wearing a seatbelt.
No one else was in the SUV.
That section of highway was closed for about five hours after the crash.
