Teen found shot to death in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating after they found an 18-year-old shot to death in a vehicle.

It happened just before 1:45 p.m. Sunday on Edwin Drive. Officers responded to a call to check on an unresponsive man.

The victim was identified as Brandon Khalil Sandy, 18.

Police said they are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
