Car wash thieves bring child to heist, stop to change diaper

PINK HILL, N.C. -- Police in eastern North Carolina are looking for several car wash thieves who were caught on camera taking money from a self-serve coin-operated machine.

What makes this crime more unusual is who they brought to the heist.

Surveillance video shows a small child running around.

The thieves apparently weren't in any rush to leave. At one point, a woman takes the time to change the child's diaper, even leaving it behind.

The owners are offering a reward to help police crack this case.
