Representative G.K. Butterfield sworn in as chair of Congressional Black Caucus

DURHAM (WTVD) -- First District Representative G.K. Butterfield gave folks in the Triangle a chance to watch his historic moment.

Butterfield was sworn in as the chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus Tuesday.

The event on Capitol Hill was seen by some in Durham.
