Durham police investigating fatal shooting
DURHAM (WTVD) -- Authorities in are investigating a shooting that left one man dead Wednesday night.
It happened just before 11 p.m. at the intersection of Liberty Street and Peachtree Place.
Police said 32-year-old Sanna Manneh of Durham was behind the wheel of his vehicle when he was shot, causing him to crash.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found Manneh dead from a gunshot wound.
Authorities have not released any details about the possible gunman. The investigation is ongoing.
The incident is the second murder in the Bull City this week, and the 35th homicide so far this year.
