Plane from RDU forced to make emergency landing

RALEIGH-DURHAM AIRPORT (WTVD) -- A passenger plane from Raleigh headed to London had to make an emergency landing in Boston overnight.

American Airlines Flight 174 was diverted around midnight because of mechanical issue.

The plane was able to land safely and no one was hurt.
