Man charged in fatal Fayetteville hit and run

FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- Police in Fayetteville have made an arrest in a hit-and-run early Wednesday.

Timothy Patrick Duclos, 27, of Raeford, is charged with hit-and-run, DWI, and having no driver's license.

The hit-and-run happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday in the 6800 block of Raeford Road, near 71st School Road.

Police identified the dead man as 43-year-old Stephen Michael Floyd of Kingstree, South Carolina.

Bond was set at $15,000.
