Chapel Hill police search for suspect after domestic assault
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) -- Chapel Hill police are looking for 27-year-old Kevin Tyler Schuster.
He is wanted on outstanding warrants of felony assault by strangulation and kidnapping.
Police said the assault happened Saturday around 3:30 p.m. on Hillview Road. Schuster left in a gold 1997 Ford Crown Victoria with N.C. registration ZZN-3937.
Authorities warn that he may be armed and in the Chapel Hill or Hillsborough area.
The victim was taken to UNC Hospital with injuries that are not considered life threatening.
Schuster is described as around 5 feet 11 inches tall with a medium build.
