HENDERSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Henderson teenager is charged with murder.
Kyshaun Norrell, 17, faces several charges including first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and other charges.
Henderson police say Norrell shot 29-year-old Quincey Gregory and 33-year-old Amil Davis in a school parking lot in the 600 block of West Rockspring Street on Sunday.
Davis was treated and released from the hospital.
Gregory died Wednesday at Duke University Medical Center.
Norrell is in the Vance County Jail with no bond. His next court appearance is Sept. 8.
