Issiah Ross sentenced to minimum 241 months in prison
Judge Stephanie Reese sentenced Issiah Ross to 241 months minimum to 300 months maximum in prison for the second-degree murder of Devin Clark.
That means Ross will serve a little more than 20 years and could serve as many as 25.
Issiah Ross will serve a little more than 20 years in prison at a minimum.
The judge also ordered that he be given credit for any time already served
Reese also ordered Ross to receive a psychological evaluation and to receive any and all psychological assistance and educational/vocational training available.
The defense asked for jail fees be waived.

Issiah Ross guilty of killing Devin Clark
The jury has found Issiah Ross guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Devin Clark in September 2022.
Before the verdict was read, Judge Stephanie Reese told the court: "This is an extremely horrific situation. All of these young people ... the jury has clearly worked extremely hard in trying to do the right thing and has been working tirelessly in reaching a decision. Because of that, I want everybody to know there will be no reaction to the jury's verdict, whether good or bad."
Reese asks those in the courtroom that if anyone felt they could not hold back reactions to leave the room. Otherwise, the bailiff would take people who react into custody.
The jury then returned, and the verdict of guilty of second-degree murder was read.
