Cindy Bae - Reporter at ABC11 WTVD
Cindy Bae is a Florida Gator excited to call North Carolina her home.

She joined ABC11 in May 2022 as a reporter after she spent two years working as a reporter/weekend anchor at WITN, the NBC affiliate in Greenville.

Before moving to North Carolina, Cindy worked in newsrooms in Florida, Washington, D.C. and Louisiana, where she covered back-to-back Hurricanes Laura and Delta in 2020 at KPLC in Lake Charles.

Her work was also included in the South Florida Sun Sentinel's winning Pulitzer entry covering the Parkland shooting before she went into broadcast journalism and pursued her master's degree at American University.

When she's not working, Cindy loves to be a cat mom to Witney, who was found outside the WITN station watching the 11 p.m. news from start to finish.

She also loves spending time with her husband and exploring the Triangle together, if there's food involved.
