Bussi stops penalty shot by hat-trick hero Marner

The nightmarish evening continues for the Carolina Hurricanes in the third period.

With the Canes on a power play, and hoping to cut into the lead, a turnover left Mitch Marner, who already has a hat trick, one-one-one with Brandon Bussi, who has replaced Freddie Andersen. Sebastian Aho fouled Marner from behind in desparation, giving Marner a penalty shot.

Fortunately for the Canes, Bussi managed to stifle Marner's penalty effort.

Still, the Canes continue to trail 4-0 with 14 minutes left in the game.
