Raleigh police make 2nd arrest in Capital Blvd homicide
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh Police Department homicide detectives have charged Christopher Jamarz Royster, 19 with murder in connection with the death of Aaron Troy Jacobs.
Earlier this week, police charged Shyhem Juvon Wilkerson, 19, for the same crime.

Royster is in custody at the Wake County Detention Center.
The case remains under investigation.

Jacobs was found shot in a car in the 4400 block of Capital Boulevard last Wednesday about 10:15 p.m.
Jacobs, 24, died at WakeMed.
