Millbrook High School band director suspended after DWI arrest

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Millbrook High School's band director is now suspended with pay after being arrested Wednesday morning.

Natalie Kerr, 36, is charged with DWI and simple assault. She is accused of backhanding her husband in the mouth.

Kerr claimed that he threatened her, and he was also arrested for "communicating threats."

Kerr admitted to police that she had three to four beers at a bar. She blew a 0.12 on a breathalyzer.
