I-Team: Bounce house collapses at Monkey Joe's in Raleigh
Parents told ABC11 this wasn't the first time a bounce house collapsed at the location.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The ABC11 I-Team is getting answers to a bounce house problem at a popular inflatable play center.

Video shows the walls coming down on the sides.

There also appeared to be a general sense of confusion among parents.

A few staff members could be seen standing near the front of the bounce house trying to handle the situation. Then, about 10 minutes later, another bounce house started going down.

Monkey Joes said a blown fuse caused the bounce houses to deflate.

No one from Monkey Joes would go on camera with us about this, but they did provide some information over email.

"I can confirm that a circuit breaker at the Monkey Joe's in Raleigh location did experience an electrical trip, affecting one of the jumps. When this happened, several staff members immediately attended to guests in the jump to remove them before the jump completely deflated. All children were safely removed from the jump and no injuries occurred. The circuit breaker was fixed immediately and the jump is now fully functional. We talked to several parents that were there that afternoon and they appreciated the staff's quick attention," said Monkey Joe's spokesperson Kelly Ronna.
