Man charged in Raleigh murder

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Police Department has charged a 20-year-old in an August shooting that left a man dead.

Detectives say Jeffrey Omar Reynoso shot 23-year-old LaQuan Anderson on a southeast Raleigh street August 18.

Reynoso was found by Raleigh patrol officers Sunday morning and taken into custody without incident.
