RALEIGH (WTVD) -- David Harris came to Raleigh Monday and picked up the largest scratch-off lottery prize you can win in North Carolina.
Harris, an Army veteran, said he bought the $10 million top prize in Ultimate Millions game at a store in Rocky Mount. He's the second person in state history to collect the top Ultimate Millions prize.
The odds of winning were about one in 3.9 million.
Harris will take a lump-sum payment worth about $4.1 million after taxes.
He told reporters he will keep working but may buy a new pickup truck and take a trip to Hawaii.
