Wayne County authorities cancel AMBER Alert for 13-year-old

WAYNE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- An AMBER Alert has been canceled for a teenager out of eastern North Carolina.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office issued the alert just after 4 p.m. and canceled it just before 5 p.m.

They say the girl has been found safe.

No further details about her disappearance have been disclosed.
