Missing Durham man found dead in Orange County, sheriff's office says

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was found dead Friday morning in Hillsborough, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.

Calvin Demond Smith-Taylor, 36, of Durham was found at the edge of a parking lot at the Brumley North Nature Preserve just before 7:30 a.m. OCSO said his loved ones had reported him missing to Durham Police Department on Thursday.

Authorities are working to determine the time and cause of death.
