Lockdown lifted at Durham's Riverside High School

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Riverside High School was on lockdown "out of an abundance of caution" after someone called saying there was a gun on campus, Durham Public Schools told ABC11 on Tuesday afternoon.

The lockdown was lifted around 3:30 p.m.

A search was conducted, and no weapons were found, the Durham County Sheriff's Office said.
