
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C (WTVD) -- Fayetteville Police are asking for the public's help in solving a homicide that happened this past weekend.
FPD said Harryson Anderson, 18, of Spring Lake, was shot and killed early Saturday during a disturbance at a house party in the 1500 block of Graystone Road.
Officers responded to the scene at 1:27 a.m. after reports of a shooting. When officers and Emergency Medical Service personnel arrived, they found Anderson with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a hospital, where he died about three hours later from his injuries.
Investigators said a house party was taking place at the home when an altercation broke out and shots were fired.

Detectives are asking that anyone who attended the party or knew Anderson, or saw him there, or who has any information or video recordings of the incident, please contact Detective C. Cross at (472) 210-2381. The public can submit evidence here.

Detectives said the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident.
