Fire damages restaurant at Aviator Brewing Company in Fuquay-Varina

FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. (WTVD) -- A fire broke out at the Aviator Brewing Company facility in Fuquay-Varina on Monday.

Numerous fire crews were at the scene at 688 Brewing Drive.

The fire started in a storage area behind the kitchen at the Morning Hangar breakfast restaurant, which is separate from the Aviator Brewing Company facility but part of the Aviator Entertainment Complex.

The owner told ABC11 that the damage was limited to the front of the building.

The restaurant was not open at the time, and no one was injured.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, a town spokesperson told ABC11.
