Free back-to-school dental exams offered for children in Garner

GARNER, N.C. (WTVD) -- AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina is offering free dental checkups for children on its mobile wellness units Saturday as students prepare to head back to school.

Children can receive a full examination from dentists and dental hygienists, as well as information on maintaining good oral health.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 8 at Garner United Methodist Church.
