Juvenile shot in Burlington, authorities investigating

BURLINGTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A juvenile was shot Sunday overnight in Burlington, authorities said.

Just after midnight, the Burlington Police Department were called to the 1200 block of Plaza Drive for reports of a shooting. There was a large disturbance when officers arrived.

While officers were on scene, a juvenile arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound. Authorities confirmed with ABC11 that their injuries were not life-threatening.

There is no word on any other injuries or arrests.
