FRANKLINTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a juvenile male was shot multiple times near Franklinton.

Sheriff Kevin White confirmed the shooting in a post shared on social media. Authorities said the incident happened just outside the town of Franklinton.
