Mace sprayed inside Raleigh restaurant

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police said mace was accidentally sprayed inside a Bojangles restaurant in the 3800 block of Western Boulevard Tuesday night.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. when someone discharged the spray unintentionally.

About 15 people were inside the restaurant at the time, but no injuries were reported.

Authorities said the incident caused an issue for a bit because it happened in an enclosed space.
