Sanford man accused of touching children inappropriately at Cary bus stop

CARY, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A Sanford man is accused of touching at least four children inappropriately at a school bus stop in Cary.

On Friday, officers arrested Felipe Lopez-Delacruz and charged him with four counts of indecent liberties with children.

Police said he approached children at the Wrenn Drive bus stop on October 2 and again on October 11.

Two girls from Cary High School made the initial complaint to their school resource officer.

Lopez-Delacruz made his first appearance in court Monday afternoon.
