
RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- One man was arrested after police were called to a home in north Raleigh. This was in a neighborhood off Millbrook Road, near Falls of Neuse Road on Hearth Drive.
The SWAT team was talking with someone inside a home for hours before the arrest was made.
Prior to the arrest, an ABC11 photographer on the scene heard breaking glass and officers calling on megaphones for the person inside to come to the front door and put the weapon down.
A tactical team did enter the house and before the man was seen in handcuffs. His identity has not been released.
Fire crews and EMS were also on the scene as a precaution.
The situation started around 4 a.m., but why police were called to the home is not known at this time.
