NBA star Trey Murphy III holds annual youth skills clinic in Durham

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- It was a homecoming on Friday for NBA forward and Durham native Trey Murphy III.

The New Orleans Pelicans player held his annual basketball skills development clinic at Campus Hill Park.

Durham Parks and Recreation teamed up with Murphy, one of its most famous alumni, for the free youth basketball skills development clinic and back-to-school community bash.

The clinic was held at the I.R. Holmes Sr. Senior Recreation Center.
