Raleigh Times Bar marks 20 years with 2006 throwback prices

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Times Bar is turning back the clock as it celebrates 20 years in business, and the downtown staple is inviting the community to join in.

The bar, located in the historic Raleigh Times building on East Hargett Street, is hosting a 20-year anniversary celebration Tuesday night featuring throwback prices from 2006.

The event includes live rooftop music from 6 to 9 p.m., a global tap takeover, specialty "newsworthy" cocktails, $2 PBRs and $10 PBR pitchers.

The Raleigh Times Bar has been a fixture in downtown Raleigh for 20 years.
