Scene of Algeria military plane crash

Hundreds are believed dead after a military plane crashed in Algeria on Wednesday.

The crash happened just after takeoff in Boufarik, near the capital of Algiers, the Associated Press reports.

Photos from the aftermath show the destroyed aircraft.
