

CHAPEL HILL (WTVD) -- Chapel Hill police have charged a second person in a May 30 shooting that left a man dead outside a home in the 100 block of Christopher Drive.
Twenty-one-year-old Brandon Shamar Townsend is charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
He was captured Wednesday morning in Durham by US Marshals.
Police already had 35-year-old Bartholomew Romidas Scott in custody for the death of 33-year-old Lew Hahn Hood.
Hood was shot multiple times. Investigators have not explained the relationship between the men.
